could be a simple case of someone ringing there broker and saying i have x amount i want to sell @ x amount the broker has another client that has said they are looking to accumulate if the deal is x . ( could also be the same owner shifting from one account to the other, this im not sure if it can happen but makes sense) not sure but may have been done to keep within SMSF rules. maybe some one with more knowledge can answer.
