Seems like Itafos will own a bit more than 10% in the end and the shares given to the directors are non negotiable.
Quite frankly the deal stinks . They’ve proven nothing yet and want a stack of shares while diluting their shares from where they were prior to the acquisition. I could understand if they were given option based on performance especially when the shareholders also win but some of these opportunitistic directors are just criminal !!!
