OK, so the Pinoy Coop App is being rolled out to member coops by a MASS-SPECC roll-out team.
The pace of downloads, about 100 to 120 per week, suggests there is one roll-out team and they are meeting with a group of 100 each week who then download the app. Those 100 are probably employees of a coop and the meetings are essentially training events.
At what point does that training then result in widespread downloading and usage by members of each coop?
Is MASS-SPECC waiting for a certain critical mass of trained employees before some sort of marketing launch happens?
Are we having to wait until 2025, as intimated in the annual report, for a marketing launch?
