Keep in mind too, that the person who ultimately signs off on an exploitation permit, the head of Sweden's Bergstatten (mine master), was chosen by the current, very mining friendly government. I have been watching the Swedish exploration industry for nearly 18 years and from a bureaucratic and legal perspective, it has never been so pro mining.
