To be fair easiest way to delay the DFS is a simple we are going to rework it to make it better right. Business 101 really. Perfectly rational. Perfectly legal. And perfectly feeds into what PLS would certainly want to see happen.
Shame.
Still holding for now but pretty sad this Teir 1 asset is likely to be snapped up for chicken feed.
