I spent a few hours last night trawling through the AGM notice and attached docs and while initially thinking the remuneration package was excessive came to the realization that if the KPIs and milestones are met i am going to be a very happy chappy as will all other SHs. I therefore agree with your comments and cals and will be voting in favour of the resolution
