You got out before yet another Federal Court proceedings against Westpac by Samantha Aitken after raising concerns about suspected fraud and other criminal activity at the bank’s RAMS Home Loans mortgage broking subsidiary.
Alleges she was prevented from raising her concerns with the banking and corporate regulators about the fraud and criminal activity.
ASIC, APRA and AUSTRAC will be looking closely at yet another Federal Court case involving Westpac. I wonder what ASX Continuous Disclosure people will make of it.
How much provision is coming.
Westpac must regard the Federal Court as their largest customer the rate they are going.
