sundance permits

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know why Sundance lost their permit that was adjacent to EP92, eg. permit EP142 that was on their presentations prior to July. Then all of a sudden after June this permit disappeared.

The company has made no announcement to why they lost this permit / gave the permit up.

Can anyone clarify why the sudden loss of acreage that on the air-electromagnetic scan appeared to be promising.

I also do not like how the time frames are getting pushed out relative to earlier presentations saying that most agreements would be completed and tied up by Dec.

I also do not like how the MBLAM agreement was meant to be ratified by the government on the 16th of Nov. No explanation was provided for why this did not occur.

I really like Sundance as a stock, but I want answers to the above before I reinvest. I have sold my position, I would like to re-buy but want to understand the above.

Does anyone have any facts (not opinions) as to what has happened with the above?
