    That was one of my main concerns when asked to vote yes on the agreement with no details on how it is to work .
    There was no information given about how mining or processing or how this will impact BCN's production/mining or profit .
    All we know BCN will pay for mining and processing .
    Maybe once Brett settles in we might get the full picture released to us
