Powerwall 2 uses NMC
Powerwall 3 uses LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate), same as Megapack. Which is safer for home storage.
The way the production and sales are going IE. exponentially, there will be a lot of Lithium required.
Most likely, not African low grade, or Chinese Lepidolite etc.
