Yeah, China is good at manipulating markets to get the outcome it wants. Even if it costs them in the short to medium term. I will agree with you.on that.

A friend and her boyfriend just travelled across Russia on the Trans Siberian Railway. They didn't meet any outsiders. Only Russians the whole time.
She seems to like Russia. It's her second trip to Russia now.
