but when SYA has no money to operate, the mine will stop operating under the operating management , or they will be fined .. The JV will
be forced to look at what they can do to fix this mess ..Nobody will be forcing anyone to do anything .. no votes will be needed. It game over ..operations stop .. what happens after that is where the real story starts .. so cashburn mabe not so bad after all … quicker we rip the Band-Aid off!
