In their defence, I think it's a widespread problem in the world, amplified by social media, and lack of knowledge regarding legal and financial subjects and ramifications. People are overly optmistic. They forget what really are the majoriry of these small caps boards.

Beside, when money is at stake, it's usually harder to accept the chance of things going down the hill. It's human nature, I suppose. Saying to yourself you have made a bad decision, usually is hard, delayed in time (if ever admited), sometimes until is too late.

In this case, we still can have a positive outcome. If this returns to trade, that is. But in balance, a not so good outcome (being nice) has a higher probability. Because even the resignation of the third board member was highly unusual, to say the least.
