As a wretched previous share holder of TMZ, I can say from experience and with confidence that Thompson Resources (TMZ) makes Helix look like BHP. Thomson is probably the worst resources company in Australia. Povey's CV, along with his ambition, is not worth tuppence.

At least Helix is busy doing stuff. TMZ staff are probably still in bed and will rise for coffee in a few hours and sit around dreaming up ways to draw a stipend whilst doing nothing.

Stick with the Devil you know is my screaming out loud suggestion.
