I think it’s great news that Courcheval is related to Moran/Fiona, which is why I wanted advice.
It means our Director - Gino only sold 24% at 55c and kept the rest = very good news. He obviously doesn’t think MTC is about to go bust or that a deal is not going to happen. If he thought things were going to go bad he wouldn’t have let Fiona / Moran sell so much of their stake to Minerva and get out while he was left holding the can only selling a relatively very small amount at such a good price. ( 5,400,000 v 30,000,000 ). Also seems he was keen to get Moran/ Fiona off our registry.
Secondly the dodgy selling of some shares at 18c and some at 97c is also not from our director but non executive substantial holders Fiona/Moran. If the
ATO decides to go after them they’re not going after our director.
So I think it’s great news and a useful bit of information.
