This should have happened the day it went to .55. Bang trading halt raise at .40. Would have had punters lining up for miles. Now they decide to raise when the shareprice is .37 and they'll no doubt raise at .30. Momentum is the name of the game. They should make sure they don't raise too much at such a low price and dilute the living daylights out of the company.

I'll be back in once the cap raise is out of the way and the shareprice has the inevitable pullback.
