In my experience with a few companies being added to an index it has had no upward impact on share price. Pretty sure the funds start their accumulation prior to the announcement (unsure how they know). It’s good news I guess but I’m tempering any excitement. Given the US close on Friday and the asx200 futures I wouldn’t be surprised if we head down today. I am still building my position and am a buyer for disclosure. Not trying to be a negative Nancy.
