My 'feeling' is that JA will ask to delay further. Not sure what arguments they could put forward to delay - but thats ONE of TWO plays they have IMO. The other play ofcourse is to 'concede' to the 45 days!!!!!
4 weeks from now (ie 14 Oct) is NOT in court.... it is just a date by which the JA (IMO FEDs) have to decide if they will submit their docs/EVIDENCE for their defence.
I should correct myself - there is ofcourse a third play - SUBMIT EVIDENCE to dispute the fact they have NOT delayed. THAT would be interesting reading! (which ofcourse we will not get to seeee)!!
