Dairy, the way I see it, getting the credit committee to approve the loan was the big hurdle. The CEO's site inspection is just a formality and no doubt some paperwork to sign off. Once that is done - then they'll be able to announce to the asx. It's a bit like your bank ringing you to tell you your home loan is approved, until you sign the documents it's not official - the asx needs official.
