Ann: Lady Ida Completes and Appointment of New Director, page-25

I have not posted in almost 4years but have followed the BCN threads and everyone's comments almost daily. I agree that the share price situation and uncertainty about Lady Ida have become dire. One hopes that the new "independent" Director, Brett Hodgins can have a major influence on operations, but recent past history of Directors and their longevity and influence is not good. The company appears to have no succession planning with G Mc and GG no spring chickens and a lot of demanding projects on the go. We all acknowledge them as great hands-on miners who have done a great job getting Jaurdi up and running. But they need help, big time now, but appear not to recognise their situation. Sarah Shipway was touted as an 'independent' Director and supported the Yes Vote for the Lady Ida deal in that capacity. Given her 12 years as a company employee and almost 10 years as a director, I for one, question her true independence.
At the AGM back in 2020 G Greenhill was to retire but stayed on when Alex McCulloch and Rodney Johns suddenly resigned under what appeared to be a major conflict with the other directors. I alluded to the young bull/old bull story at the time. Jason Bontempo came and went in just over twelve months and seemingly had no impact on the company.
Given the appointment of a new director, does this herald the resignation of G Greenhill at the next AGM, 4 years after his original time frame? Are more 'Independent" directors to be appointed or do we have more than one elephant in the room?
