Dear FBR,

As a long-term shareholder since 2016, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the lack of communication regarding the recent developments in Florida. The shareholder group was previously provided with specific timelines, which have not been met, and we have not received any updates on revised projections. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

I urge you to provide a comprehensive update on the progress of key milestones at your earliest convenience. Your shareholders deserve to be kept informed about the company's activities, especially in light of recent missed commitments.
