While I agree that it would be great if directors do participate in every raise, at the same time, we have no idea about their financial position, and what else is happening in their lives. If Sytze really had no faith in the company, then you'd think the 2M shares he bought for 3cents in 2022, he would have cashed in when the SP hit 5cents the following year. Not sure how many hours a week he puts into Unith, but given he's getting only $81K a year, it's not as if Unith if financing a gold plated private jet for him.
