A less conspiracy oreintated interpretation would be a large professional holder or two doesnt want the risk and is offloading faster than the market (us and the other large professional holders) can asborb. Saw this for GMG during the GFC - or more recently ELD. Doesnt mean they are right or wrong or devious. It hurts though when you are on the wrong side of this equation. Keep at it and good luck.
