the first thing anyone with half an interest will look at is the people running it, how long have they been there, what have they done in that period ... are they capable of developing those assets ... NAG fails on the first hurdle
... every individual who has provided anything remotely significant in terms of funding has demonstrated the above ... "I will give you a debt facility but I want a BOD seat so I can see what you are doing with it" ...
... hence there are how many directors ... why is more than 3 necessary for a company who does sweat FA for most of the year?
