    actual cash position is around $2.261m at end of June quarter
    admin/corporate cost is around $300k p.q
    if CHR exercise the right to pay $500k payment for 30% Bynoe interest
    actual cash position at end of 2024 would be around $1.161m
    if they decide to do AC/RC drilling at Mt Gordon Niobium then probably $400k-$500k left, imo.
