GDI wasn't in the ASX200. It was in the ASX300.
The big impact isn't even really from getting booted from the ASX300.
It is from being deleted from the XPK, the ASX 300 AREIT index which has a lot of passive money invested in the index.
I've been holding off on adding office REIT exposure given I thought they would be the last REIT sector to rally meaningfully, but might have to add some GDI if keeps up the massive underperformance.
