There are two parts:
Part 1 is called a "placement" and MGY appoints a stock broker who will place the shares with their clients as they see fit. (This was the $1.5m)
Part 2 is called an SPP this allows each elegible shareholder to buy up to $15K worth of shares. (This was the $3.0m)
