The girl was forced to JUMP from the vehicle and sustained injuries, but luckily, she was able to get away.
23-year-old Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera is charged with abduction, robbery, impersonating a police officer, and petty larceny.
He should NEVER see the light of day again.
