Could it be that what is actually to come is an equivalent of a new joint venture to the likes of the cooper basin where it isn't just two companies getting together but 3 or more in order to consolidate the entire taroom trough? Just speculating

I think the growing publicity around EXR is drawing more attention, creating pressure for those on the sidelines to take a position sooner rather than later. As the situation intensifies, they’ll need to decide whether they believe the project is commercially viable now or risk having to buy in at a significantly higher price later.
I believe this increasing attention could accelerate positioning in the short term as uncertainty diminishes and the opportunity window narrows.
We are basically the talk of the town within the industry right now.
