Uncommon in listed vehicles. They've been done my private interests many times. What were talking about is the equivalent of a pilot heap leach elsewhere the numbers need to stack up and with the numbers I see it's worth the punt for me. I'm not putting in big dollars.
Still, if you don't like the risks stay out it would be a very select/ niche group it would appeal to. I certainly wouldn't promote it to anyone even on HC but if you're Cocky and it was his land? It does make my knees quiver and is far and away my riskiest investment.
