...so I presume sellers at 5.2c are expressing that they know more about what's going on than POSCO and want to let them know that they think putting in $20 million at 5.8c was too high? ..whereas I'd like to suggest that POSCO can't believe their luck picking up second tranche stake at such a bottom of the cycle discount?.....
