I could explain to you, in DETAIL, how a semiconductor junction works. I could also explain how two junctions can form a transistor or how a variation on that can form a field effect transistor and why they are "low noise". I also know about klystrons, magnetrons and all the old vacuum tubes in ye olde b&w tv sets.
But I'm a klutz around renos. :EEK:
For those who "can" they might be a good idea but for the rest of us who need professional help, I have serious doubts.
