Exactly. These companies very much control and restrain their endorsements until and for their own financial purposes - the financialisation of big Pharma like every other industry. The mere application of their name to the company would drive the share price massively higher. One only need to look at the (sad) tale of research collaborator and eventual formal partner to J&J; Fate Therapeutics in the US - I was luckily on - when J&J announced their formal partnership (and after). It went to silly levels on J&J partnership, and also dropped to silly levels on rescinding of. These big pharma are not stupid. They do partnerships with a nice little equity deal first, before they allow partners to ramp their association, knowing the sheer application of their name will drive smaller minnow stocks like OCC north massively and the appreciation in value of share acquired in pre-determined deal more than pay for any milestone cash payments to the minnow on their own balance sheet => free out sourced R&D on the balance sheet.

Its been a long time coming (and the company has been tardy on Remplir and a bit loose in the past on professionality, disclosure, governance etc). Since the Bio Horizons deal and with board changes its shaping to be not only the excellent prospect we all know it is with its technology (very much due to its brilliant and ujnder-rated CMO) and a more professionally run unit. I feel this could finally be a sustained move above its $0.40 anchor point - a level I will happily admit to incorrectly expecting it to not falling below since the BioHorizons deal.
