Funny isn't it. A clause of Michaels prevents the Company from going about it's normal course of business....
Now how is the Companies appointment of external advisors in the best interest of the shareholders? A waste of time and money IMO.
If Acta wants to control the Company, then put in a decent bid north of one cent for the bloody lot of the shares, not this stupid proportional takeover!
