Listed companies on the ASX especially at that end of the market continually change and reinvent themselves. Says just as much about the dynamism and ability of the CEO more then anything. Or was it the companies fault for hiring someone with an employee mentality and a pawn as you put it? Maybe you can ask the company to put that in their next report as it seems important. Who needs charisma and adaptability when we can have an employee mindset.- clock in and click out and not care about adding shareholder value or future growth. That's what employee mentality means to me and not something many want in a leader..
