Have you considered that the PRU "buy back" could well see a fall in the SP... and you ask why, Yes?
PRU's Buy back will be slow and gauged to maximise the number of shares gained for the lowest cost..... Think on it and when comes, think again.
I dont know, BUT, it could well be a "shorters" paradise....
