IMO, it is holding up well during the capital raise because investors know there is significant value here.
As we all know, Andrew Forrest's investment company just bought 45 million shares at current price and it seems his investment company intends to buy more LDX shares in the near future (Andrew Forrest's investment company is now LDX's biggest shareholder).
IMO we have at least two announcements which could provide a catalyst for a significant upswing in price action due in the near future. Above attached post describes one (PLA reimbursement), and we also could receive news regarding the initiation of the CLIA Waiver study (as per below image), which will be a significant step in expanding the potential market for the sale of LDX products in the USA (see above link for further details).
