Surely it would have to be voting by internet - not physical polling stations - it would be unwieldy and enormously costly --------- and it would not allow folk without internet to participate - if you can supply us with some links on how the Swiss do it or similar - it might help.

yes I forgot to respond to PNG. we aren't PNG. imho thats a difference that must be considered. a minimum standard of education should be required to qualify, or at least the ability to express opinions clearly and to listen critically but silently until one's turn comes to speak. just this would be a massive improvement on our current system.
