additional shares on issue mainly a result of acquisition of another Lev owned listed company Asta Vista. Not an ideal acquisition from an armchair outsiders viewpoint, but I also recognise that I am an outside armchair commentator, without clear visability into the inside working of the group.
This acquisition with additional shares on issue, with the acquired business having a lower RoE than TWD historical RoE, brings down the average of the combined entity.
But again, I emphasise its easy for me to give armchair, academic commentary.
More importantly I trust Lev to operate his companies for the benefit of shareholders as a collective whole (yes he is by far the major shareholder, but his benefit is our benefit).
Not many people like Lev around anymore. One of the remaining 'old school' controlling share holders.
Continue to hold with my full allocation, and if the market gives me the opportunity to buy more in the low $2's I will buy more.
