What he failed to write was any value at 20c, means he receives $1.1M per milestone, and he doesn’t pay for this, it’s simply given to him. Further, if the SP is at 15c, DC still receives $825,000 per milestone x 5.

So, even though shareholders have lost value over the course of the year, and if it goes backwards. If the SP is only 20c, I will make $1.1M and you shareholders will have negative value.

So, how good or bad the FID is does not matter, all that matters is I get it across the line. We can vote on this, but guess who has the power in voting - since the last 5 capital raises?

Just to be clear, it’s not a bad investment. But some of the executive decisions are not good/fair in stealing our value.

The two are not mutually exclusive.

You can have good investment, and poor management together.
