Talga modifying their patented anode technology for the recycled graphite concentrate supplied by Aurubis is not subject to the Supreme Court decision.
The refinery is fully permitted, meaning that in a worst-case scenario, this will still proceed if proven viable, although likely with a different funding package (probably from one of the funds connected to the CRMA, which strongly supports recycling initiatives as the announcement shows).
