If the process about how the insurance has been operating, and scaling in cost, as dictated in the episode. Then the "money they're still making" will likely be hindered. Not only by investigation but by the dishonest practices also detailed out to pump up their insurance costs. I think alternative companies like SCI may be getting a flood of calls this week...
I know I'll be calling them (was told by my strata manager that CHU is the only one that can service the building who increased the insurance costs by 20%+ in a year, let's see how that fares).
