How is it that China is able to execute a dominant, calculated, well thought out plan to transition, but the rest of the whole world (think about that, think about how many brilliant minds there are in the rest of the world) could not see what they were up to, or in any way have an alternate plan to circumvent the situation?
How is it possible that China caught the rest of the whole world napping so badly, and then pulled everyone's pants down!!
