A quick sampling - UnitedHealthcare, which has ~16% total USA health insurance market share, has classed Sofdra as Tier 2 (higher price generic and lower price brand name drugs) under its large Medicaid plan as at 1 Aug 2024.
Promising considering this suggests it's seen as a preferred medication, and means significantly lower, and possibly no, co-pay and greater accessibility for users.
Note there are conditions as expected: PA (prior authorisation), QL (quantity limits) and AL (age limits).
