IMHO we (Strata shareholders) do not have enough information yet to make an informed decision as to whether to vote for or against the (reverse) takeover of SCP. The deal rests hugely on how good are the financial accounts and future prospects of SCP. Looking forward to seeing full disclosure of all relevant information for the shareholders meeting to be convened to approve the deal.
