NAB accounts still in disarray despite what the PR agent is saying. I have a bpay payment made a week ago that was never received by the biller (biller code now closed), and has not been returned to my account.
Every day I call I get told: wait a day and look tomorrow. Over a week now and they cannot tell me the status of that Bpay payment in their system: "It might be waiting to be processed. We cant resolve this today."
I thought we had millisecond processors these days. Or is the new Intel clock cycle one week?
