2,157 blocks for a 3x3 home. The current lay rate is less than 8 hours of laying time. Less than 7 at 330 blocks an hour.
As this was the first build in the US and the first full home infield structure for 110 ill suspect it took them two days as extra caution may have been taken. Next builds the same size should see one of them completed in a day.
It doesn't matter if internal walls are blocks or not. Whatever works for the builder and local benefits.
