I think some may be forgiven for forming the view that they were a gift if they consider the weight in the equation being what lesile has achieved regarding shareholder wealth over the period of time since last agm..
a fundamental roll for a ceo is to create shareholder wealth..looking at the chart it's a fail this year around..ask the imuds that were holding..thank God I didn't buy that crap..
Thats what this thread is somewhat about..does our beloved Lesile and Paul along with the rest of the board deserve salary increases and bonus shares for their part in the destruction of a lot of long term shareholders wealth..
The trials are going well..yes so why carnt a CEO capitalise upon those results and make it work for the owners of the company its shareholders..vs..Pauls bell potter kind..i get that he needs to build those relationships for future deals across multiple companies but one can also be forgiven for forming the view that shareholders might jst about be getting sick of paying for it..
Maybe Paul is Lesiles ball and chain..who knows..not me but after seeing the last 3 years of Paul's decisions and what that has ment for Imugenes chart I'd like to see the paddock released and see what kind of a CEO lesile may grow into without all that seemingly extra weight that some may say could be holding her back..
again what do I know..I could be wrong so as always dyor..just my opinion and never advice
