    Absoloutely peed at this, this will kill any upward movement now, why 1.3 they coudl have placed at 1.5 - 1.6 or offered to shareholders at same price.

    SI's not that sophisticated, they will be dumping this stock at every small increase, brakes are on here just as i thought we woudl be getting some serious momentum
