Out of curiosity to the existing holders, given there is circa 647,000 shares currently on the sell at .038 - why not snap these up now and why wait for the allocation?
I feel existing holders are just going to subscribe to the offer and take the guaranteed .038 share offer, however why go through the rigmarole when they can be bought today at the same price?
